At Haverhill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original Haverhill packaging and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
